How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for items to ship after placing your order. If an item states, MADE TO ORDER, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the item to be made and shipped. ALL in One Bags typically take up to 4 weeks. If you have a question about processing time, please feel free to send me an e-mail and I can give you a specific estimate.

Can I refund or exchange my bag?

READY TO SHIP items can be returned within 5 days of delivery. Please send me an e-mail that you are returning the item so that I can be on the lookout for it. Once the item is received, I will refund the cost of the item. Shipping fees are not returnable. Buyer pays return shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and have original tags on them. Seller is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please get shipping insurance.

MADE TO ORDER items cannot be returned, as these items are made specifically for you at the time of purchase.

Information on whether an item is MADE TO ORDER or READY TO SHIP is located at the top of the listing. You can also shop by specific categories, including READY TO SHIP and MADE TO ORDER.

If for some reason an item is defective due to an error on my part, I will replace the merchandise for you. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are buying a gift and unsure, consider a gift card.

I’m local. Can I pick up instead of paying shipping?

Unfortunately, I no longer offer this option as I work from home.

I need a repair. What should I do?

All products are handmade. So it's inevitable that from time to time something breaks or rips. Send me a picture of the product and a description of what happened. We will decide together how best to fix it. Often times I will have you send me the product if you're not local. I'll repair it and send it back to you. It's just that easy!

Repairs are free during the first year from purchase. After that there will be a small charge to repair the bag.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BAG?

Waxed canvas and wool should not be placed in a washer or dryer. For best results, use a mild soap and cold water to treat spots. Use a cloth or sponge to massage soap into the spotted area. Rinse with cold water and let dry.

The wax on the canvas is embedded into the canvas fibers during production. The wax should, therefore, not rub off even in hotter climates. However, it is recommended that you do not leave your bag in something like a hot car for extended periods of time in order to keep the quality of the bag.

Where are you located and can I shop in-person?

My studio is now in my home. So I do not offer in-store shopping. However, I sell several styles through heyday Bozeman and do local events throughout the year.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU UPDATE THE SHOP?

The shop is updated about once a month with new items. Update times are located on the announcement bar at the top of the website. If you would like to see what will be in the next shop update, please follow along on Instagram. I share all items on IG prior to the update.

If you missed out on an item that you want (and I still have that Pendleton Pattern), you order it through the “custom bags” form.

do you ship overseas?

Shipping outside the US is available to Canada. Please contact me to get an estimate. Keep in mind shipping overseas can be expensive, i.e. a weekender bag which weighs 4 lbs costs around $50 to ship.

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The first course of action is to fill out a missing mail search with the USPS. https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

The postal service will either call or email you regarding the package. In my experience, most packages end up showing up. I’ve only had one package actually never show up in the 10+ years I’ve been doing this! Patience is appreciated. Unfortunately, I have no control over what happens to your package once it leaves my hands. But we will work together to find a solution.
